Refund policy

We want you to love your experience with CurQ Fresh Mouthwash. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:


✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


🧴 2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health reasons, opened or used bottles of mouthwash cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.


💸 3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  1. Email curqfreshmouthwash@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll review and issue a replacement or full refund, no return needed.


🔁 4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at curqfreshmouthwash@gmail.com with your order number.

  • If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.


💳 5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🔁 6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card again.

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider—there may be processing delays.

  3. If the issue persists, email us at curqfreshmouthwash@gmail.com.


🚫 7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
