We want you to love your experience with CurQ Fresh Mouthwash. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:
✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
🧴 2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health reasons, opened or used bottles of mouthwash cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
💸 3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review and issue a replacement or full refund, no return needed.
🔁 4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

We do not offer direct product exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
