🕒 1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indian national holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. 

📦 2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery (via reliable courier partners): ₹20 flat delivery fee 

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

🌍 3. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally

🧾 4. Shipping to PO Boxes & Remote Areas

  • We can ship to PO Boxes and remote areas. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer.

📧 5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking links are typically active within 24 hours.

🧾 6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic customers: No additional customs charges.

  • International (for future expansion): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

⚠️ 7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to high volume, weather, or courier issues.

  • If your package is delayed beyond estimated delivery, contact us at curqfreshmouthwash@gmail.com with your order number; we’ll assist you promptly. 

🛠️ 8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 days with photos.

  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
